Characteristics
- Apperance : Bright and shiny, like a ripe cherry
- Bouquet : Legendary elegance and fullness, robust with hints of spice and red berries (blackcurrant, raspberry).
- Taste : Very easy to drink in its youth. Will age well in a cool cellar and develop deeper, warmer, fruity overtones.
Tasters advices
- Accompanies well: Turkey with sugar-snap peas, Enclave des Papes lamb ragout with thyme. Delicious with cheese (reblochon).
- Serve at: 16 to 18°C
