Côtes du Rhône « Pied Vaurias » - Rosé

Varieties: 80% Grenache, 20% Cinsaut
Soil: Sandy and stoney, clayey limestone.
Location: Combined – from all Valréas vineyards, predominately from early ripening vines.
Vinification: The saignée method (separation of solids from liquids after a few hours of cold maceration), temperature-controlled fermentation (20-21°).
