Characteristics
- Appearance : Good bright colour.
- Bouquete : Very fruity leaning towards red fruit.
- Taste : Syrupy and well balanced to be drunk immediately for its fruitiness or laid down in a cool cellar to develop vanilla overtones.

- Accompanies well : Roasts and grilled meats, poultry, dishes served with sauce or gravy, cheese, truffle omelettes, etc.
- Serve at : 16 to 17°C
